(1) Xyz Monsters you control gain 800 ATK.
(2) Once per turn: You can discard 1 Spell, then target 1 Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck 1 “Number C” or “CXyz” monster with the same Type as that target, but 1 Rank higher, by using that target as material, but if you activated this effect by discarding a Spell that was not a “Rank-Up-Magic” Spell, return the Summoned monster to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer that target’s materials to the Summoned monster.)
Note: Resurgam is Latin for “I Shall Rise Again”.
