Far above, high in the sky exists
Lostream, a mythical sea of clouds that is said to exist somewhere beyond the blue sky.
The Sea-of-Cloud Dragons that live there love all sorts of objects that drift up there from the surface.
These items, known as "Heaven's Lost Property", each contain their own "happy memories".
By touching these memories, the dragons of Lostream can read them and transform them into power.
The memories that are read, imbued with a mysterious magic, begin to fill the Lostream.
And then the objects eventually return to where they belong
To most people, such events appear to be nothing mere than mere coincidence
