“Master Duel” is in the card name? Or is that just something in the data? Will there be a future where you can discard or search on “Master Duel” card?
“Master Duel” as in it’s the EN name in Master Duel, duh. There’s nothing special involving connection of this monster to MD. Take note that lately YGOrganization is doing rather poor job at cleaning up their news before publishing them. We also got the supposed Illusion-type protagonist Boss in the form of Illusion Magician so people below theorizing about that also are not correct.
Overall… pretty interesting card? No matter how you tribute summon it, it will automatically pay for itself by drawing and or negating 1-2 cards and then enabling followup tribute summon during your opponent’s turn. I’m not sure if it will find home somewhere, but it’s a good card on paper.

Possibly intentional, as this card is seemingly meant to be a new mascot for Master Duel, I think. From what I understand, we do know Duel Links is getting one of their own.

Biancaviso is wrong in italian. The correct italian translation is “Biancoviso”
Blame whoever at Konami is doing that, the intent is Italian regardless.

If Duel Links already has Jane Duel Links, it was only a matter of time before we got John Master Duel.
At least its not Bruno Santo Duel Links. But I suppose that’d be the same as Pablod Duel Links, or Kronos457 Duel Links, or Negative_Break_1482 Duel Links. I swear if this is a new Yu-Gi-Oh! Show protagonists ace monster, I’m not going to be happy.
To me this seems more like a rouge performapal support monster, and Yuya as a protagonist was obnoxious in my opinion and if we’re getting a repeat of such a character, I’m skipping that show.
I wish there was a more centralized place to learn about datamined master duel info. I hope we see more articles like this whenever something like it happens
