Note: This card’s name is a play on カミナリサマ (Kaminari-sama), another name for one of the Kami of Thunder in Japan, Raijin, and the word サマー, which is naturally, Summer. Tokonatsu refers to the seemingly endless days of Summer (especially vacation in August) for Japanese folks.
So basically it’s Raijin/Kaminari-sama on Summer Vacation.
Also his pink flippers are because Tokonatsu is an old word used to refer to Pink, apparently.
