Continuous Spell Card
You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn. You cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck the turn you activate either of this card’s effects, except “Shaddoll” monsters.
(1) When this card resolves, send 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the GY.
(2) You can Tribute 1 Fusion Monster; Special Summon 1 “Shaddoll” Fusion Monster with a different Attribute from your Extra Deck (this is treated as a Fusion Summon), and if you do, change its ATK to 0.
Note: Lev (לב) is Hebrew for Heart
Note 2: 凍てし心が映す神影 reads as “The Divine Shadow reflected by a Frozen Heart”.

This is really good and opens up more plays with the albaz stuff maybe. The lock doesn’t matter since according to the community Winda solos most decks anyways
This card is CRAZY
To be fair, winda does solo decks. And if 1 doesnt do it you make another, your opponent cant negate them all
The Shaddoll Lock doesn’t hurt you if you want to utilize this for cards that benefit you if they are sent to the GY like Garura for a free draw
I’m afraid you can’t use Lev Shaddoll Fusion in the way you have stipulated.
The locking clause is “You cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck the turn you activate either of this card’s effects, except “Shaddoll” monsters.”
This means that the lock is for the whole turn, not just after you activate it. Perhaps you were thinking of the “for the rest of this turn” clause which would enable non-Shaddoll SS from ED before activating Lev.
@Joseph: I think the idea is to use it in things like Mega Zaborg Turbo. Little to no actual summoning from the Extra Deck, more just sending it all the graveyard for advantage.
@HeraldOfOpera: Oh I see the point being made now. Yes it works very well in decks that don’t need to summon from the ED, I appreciate the clarification.
Finally a good way that doesnt leave you with monsters you dont want, or negative in resources to use the attribute dependant removal effects in the deck

bruh, @Nexit , I’m talking about it’s now okay to fuse winda cuz you can just swap it with another, 1 of the problem with shaddoll is when you only have 2 dark shaddolls in hand, and tearlament is still usable as long as you the only build you’ll went for it is for winda or the new earth shaddoll monster cuz the new shaddoll’s materials are “Shaddoll+Dark+Earth”
Even with the lock there are so many generic Fusions in the game that generate effects upon being sent to the GY that are never summoned at all.
In theme it also gives you more ways to use Apkallone.
The thing is, most cards that send out monsters from the E.D. impose soft blocks

It is much harder for most decks to make Winda, unlike Dweller that far more decks can easily make. I also do not agree with the idea that every single floodgate should be banned. I never been a fan at how a portion of the player base wants to water down the game to a single exact way they feel it should be played.
People will say Winda should be banned but look at the usual 6+ negate combo boards all modern decks want to make and think those are okay.

Everyone hates this tf you mean, people cheered when Baronne and Savage got banned despite that banlist being horrendeous otherwise.
Calling for Winda to be banned shows the playerbase never improved since Duelist Alliance. If anything, it only got worse.
Seems like a really good card. Don’t feel it’ll be as over powered that some other folk are feeling tho. While I do enjoy mixing Shaddoll with other themes, but I am happy it promotes playing the deck pure, I especially get tired seeing many players who won’t stop playing Gravity Controller in every single build, it is just a combo that I personally never felt was a great way to play with the deck.

I was wondering… If I send “Master of HAM” to the GY using this card’s (1) effect, will I be able to Special Summon it from the GY by its own effect? Then I can use it as a tribute for this card’s (2) effect.
Since Master of HAM won’t be properly fusion summoned, just sent directly to the graveyard, it wouldn’t be able to revive itself with its own effect in that case.
