You can disqualify in Tournament if you had bad smell
I’m pretty sure that’s true for most -con’s as well
I sure hope so, the smell and air at tournaments is already terrible. I would even say they should be much stricter, but then those people just wouldn’t attend, they wouldn’t change anything.

If it happens, my bet is on a card released before 2010. Hopefully Mind Master, Card of Safe Return, or Royal Oppression.
