Red-Eyes Black Dragon will be released as part of Bandai Tamahii Nations’ S.H.MonsterArts figure line-up in June 2024. More details will come at Jump Festa 2024.
The figure was also shown off recently, indicating that like the prior Blue-Eyes White Dragon figure, it will include a detachable attack sphere, in this case Inferno Fire Blast/Black Fire Bullet.

Looks good, but not a monster I feel the need to own an expensive rendition of. It’ll be interesting to see what all they do with this line. Hopefully it lasts long enough to get some of the less represented monsters out there.

There actually already a Gandora and Horus figure. Also a Armed Dragon LV7 one too.
