Likely, the fact that its ATK/DEF, Level, Type line, and Attribute are missing, as well as being written in incomprehensible gibberish (that’s supposed to apparently be ancient Hebrew, due to the Sacred Beasts’ theming).
It has the limitation text at the bottom left corner as well.

I guess gibberish makes it easier for the anime to errata a one-of-a-kind sealed card though now you can hit any set s/t so it’s not a total nerf!

Making both a playable version & non-playable for a card’s new artwork is a good choice! Now if only we could also get a retain of Uria that makes the card not useless, then we’d be talking. xD
