(1) If this card is Special Summoned: You can banish cards from the top of your opponent’s Deck equal to the number of WATER monsters you currently control.
(2) You can target 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster you control; increase its Level by its original Level.
(3) You can banish this card from your GY; make 1 WATER monster you control gain 100 ATK for each monster currently banished, until the end of this turn.

Note: the “houbou” part in this card’s name is a reference to the ‘spiny red gurnard’, a fish of the north-western Pacific.
