“F.A.” Special Feature: Fight by Raising Speed (i.e. Levels)! Link And Synchro Monsters Appear!!
“Extra Pack 2018” (on sale September 8th, 2018) has many new cards for the “F.A. (i.e. Formula Athlete)” theme! “F.A.” monsters are monsters whose ATK rises as their Levels do! Many of their monsters have features that become more useful against monsters with lower Levels or Ranks then them. And this time, it incorporates new Link and Synchro Monsters that fight alongside them using their key features!!

“F.A.” Link Monster
A Link Monster debuts that supports suppressing your opponent while deploying your cards with 4 different effects!
A Link 2 That Supports Depploying Ally Synchro Monsters! It Also Strongly Negates And Destroys The Activation Of Opponent Monster Effects!!
F.A. Shining Star GT
[ATK 0]
2 Machine monsters
Gains ATK equal to the total Levels of the “F.A.” monsters it points to x 300. Neither player takes battle damage from attacks involving this card. Each time a “F.A.” Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: Place 1 Athlete Counter on this card. When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can remove 1 Athlete Counter from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use this effect of “F.A. Shining Star GT” once per turn.
▶ Key Point of the “F.A.” Link Monster ◀
Its Link Markers support the deployment of “F.A.” Synchro Monsters! Its first effect raise its ATK, while its second effect deals no Battle Damage to either player. You can make sure you take no damage if its ATK isn’t increased, it also helps secure moves by using its 4th effect to negate the activation of effects of opponent’s monsters and destroy them. After being sent to the GY, it can still be Special Summoned to the field by the effect of other “F.A.” cards, allowing you to suppress the effects of opponent’s monsters!
“F.A.” Synchro Monsters
A Level 7 and 9 Synchro Monster appear!! As their Levels rise, their ATK increases by 300 times their Level!! And besides this, they also both have powerful effects!!
Negate The Activation Of Spell & Trap Cards And Destroy Them!! It Inflicts Battle Damage When it Attacks A Defense Position Monster!!
F.A. Dawn Dragster

Gains ATK equal to its Level x 300. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. Each time a “F.A.” Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: You can increase this card’s Level by 1. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or effect (Quick Effect): You can reduce this card’s Level by 2, and if you do, negate the activation, and if you do that, destroy that card.
If It’s Level 11 Or More It Cannot Be Destroyed By Battle Or Effect, Also If It’s Level 13 Or More It Can Special Summon An Ally From The GY!!
F.A. Motorhome Transport

Gains ATK equal to its Level x 300. Each time a “F.A.” Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: You can increase the Level of this card by 1. This card gains the following effect(s), based on its current Level.
● Level 11 or higher: Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.
● Level 13 or higher: Once per turn: You can target 1 “F.A.” monster in your GY; Special Summon it.

Because the original Levels of both Synchros are fairly high, they can be useful in battle since the amount of ATK they gain is incredibly high! “F.A. Dawn Dragster” seals your opponent’s Spell & Trap Cards, while the effect of “F.A. Motorhome Transport” has an effect that makes it immune to destruction, such that if it can gain a foothold on the field, it can start bring your allies back from the GY to the field!
“F.A.” Monsters
Their ATK increases as they Level Up! Let’s control the race called Dueling by piloting monsters (Racing Machines) with features that make them stronger against monsters with lower Levels and Ranks!
As It Levels Up, It Becomes Stronger In Battle! So Let’s Boost Its ATK Enormously Andd Aim For Huge Battle Damage By Attacking Twice!!
F.A. Sonic Meister

Gains ATK equal to its Level x 300. Cannot be destroyed by battle with an opponent’s monster whose original Level/Rank is lower than this card’s Level. Each time a “F.A.” Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated: You can increase this card’s Level by 1. If this card is Level 7 or higher, it can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase.

If you Special Summon the Tuner “F.A. Auto Navigator” with an effect, it can change the levels of itself and the target monster, allowing you to use both for Synchro Summoning.
If you want to Call a Level 7 monster, Special Summon it by targeting a Level 7 monster! If you want to Call a Level 9 Synchro monster, target a Level 9 monster!

When You Banish 3 Different “F.A.” Field Spells With The Effect Of “F.A. Winners”, You Win The Duel!
F.A. Winners
[Continuous Spell]
If you control a “F.A.” monster, this card cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects. When your “F.A.” monster whose Level is at least 5 higher than its original Level battles an opponent’s monster and inflicts battle damage to them: You can banish 1 card from your hand, field, or GY. You can only activate this effect of “F.A. Winners” once per turn. If 3 of your “F.A.” Field Spells with different names are currently banished, and were all banished by the effect of “F.A. Winners”, you win the Duel.
