[EFFECT] Negate that attack, then, you can change the battle position of the monster being attack. If you change, then, inflict 200 damage x [The number of monsters your opponent controls].

And here it is…. the new Tier 0 for Rush Duels.
The funny thing here is that there are still cards missing from that Duel between Cat “That Guy” vs Cat Yuhi. What we have here is the most focused support on Straynge Cat.
I must appreciate the detail that “Recovery Force”, one of the first cards focused on Straynge Cat, can be recovered with one of the new Spell Cards Along with Straynge Cat Magician, you can now make a Meme Deck focused on Straynge Cat (or Monsters with 0 ATK like Chair)
