It appears that this time the votes wil be collected on research.net, a domain owned by SurveyMonkey, a site that provides online survey services. It requires voters to answer a question related to the original anime series (the one known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in Japan) after picking a theme, which hopefully will make bots less effective.
