The Johan vs Kaiser Duel, but temporal and girls.
Episode 145: 時をかける書状 – Toki o Kakeru Shojō
(The Letter That Leapt Through Time)
There is a letter hidden in the wooden Duel Disk discovered in the Mutsuba Mountains. It’s written by Yuamu in the Sengoku era, and addressed to Asaka in the modern age. It’s a challenge letter, with the instructions for Dueling recorded on it. In order to reactivate the Time Machine, Asaka and Yuamu will clash across space and time!
Script: 野村祐一 || Nomura Yuichi
NOTE: The title is a reference to “The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.”

It’s funny that the premise of the novel that the Episode’s Title is based on has a lot of similarities with the things that are happening in GO RUSH.
– The story revolves around a girl who knows or can change future events (Yuamu and Yuna)
– The presence of abilities such as Teleportation and Time-Leap (Time Machine)
– The presence of a Mysterious Man who is a Time Traveler who comes from a distant future (Oteiusu and That Guy)
– The Mysterious Man decides to erase the memories of all the people that he knew (Monster Reborn)
The difference is that there are no clear clues that GO RUSH’s Cast are in a leap and the absence of Parallel Worlds in the novel.
That sounds more like first Yugi vs Pegasus duel.
*but temporal and girls*
So…A much better version.
*Sigh* We finally get a fusion of Blue Tooth and Red Boot…and it sucks (unless it eventually comes out and they add quite a bit more to it and/or change it completely)
