The Konami Style Website has updated with a product page for the Blue-Eyes White Dragon 20th Anniversary Gold Edition. A ballot will be held on the Konami Style website for the 500 copies of the item. After the ballot, the Blue-Eyes card will only go on sale (presumably delivered to the ballot winners) only on February 24, 2019.

To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! 20th Anniversary, the legendary monster “Blue-Eyes White Dragon” will make its debut as a card made of pure gold! It is limited to 500 pieces and will have a serial number.
A ballot will be held prior to the sale. Balloting starts from May 31, 2018 at 7p.m.
The card will be delivered on the 20th anniversary of February 24, 1999 when the booster pack “Vol. 1” first went on sale.
