i did use it to some extent… but in the end, its not good when ryozai and sunset still around
Technically, Ghost Cyclone is useful in some specific Decks (Rush’s Dark Magician being one that used it quite a bit). Not to mention that it is a necessary Reprint since Ghost Cyclone was previously a Super Rare or a Secret Rare (that is, it was somewhat expensive)
However, now it is more niche since Ryozai exists (a card that looks like it will be limited in the future). But even before Ryozai, Ghost Cyclone has competition against Legend Strike + Legend Magician (a combo that was touched by Rush’s Banlist and which has started to decline in use) and, to a lesser extent, Over Rush Storm (which is popular due to the existence of Ryozai)
So there are additional reprints in here beyond the cards initially announced as reprints, huh? Makes me wonder how many of cards 13-14, 28-31, and 38 will actually be new or not.
As you mentioned a while ago, it is very possible that there will be no new Spell/Trap Cards in this Structure.
Therefore, the new things will be Monsters (generally speaking)
