From what I’ve heard, the reason why Almace is blatantly a katana is a reference to an early Japanese translation of The Song of Roland where there were some wires crossed as the description of Almace got confused with a similarly named sword in Japanese medieval literature or something and Konami is spoofing that. Take all that with a grain of salt though.
FINALLY INFERNOBLES GETTING NEW SUPPORT!!!
I love this archetype. I’ll probably be hooked on using these for the next few years.
