Fresh from the World Championship streaming: The Forbidden and Limited List will be posted on the official site on Tuesday 8/20/2013 at 6PM (Pacific Standard Time) here:

YCS Toronto will be using this new Forbidden and Limited List.

YCS Brussels will be a Battle Pack 2 Sealed Format, however, its Public Events will also be using the new list.
