(1) Target 1 “F.A.” monster you control; reduce its Level by 2, and if you do, draw cards equal to the number of “F.A. Pit Stop” in your GY +1.
(2) During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 “F.A.” monster in your GY; Special Summon it.
