[REQUIREMENT] Reveal 1 Level 6 or 7 Warrior Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to your opponent, then send 1 Warrior monster whose card name is mentioned as material for that monster from the hand to the GY.
[EFFECT] Draw 3 cards, then, choose 1 card in your hand and send it to the GY, but for the rest of the turn after this effect’s activation, you cannot activate the effects of monsters, except Warrior monsters.

Nice consistency card. Really want to see what the Neos fusions do though.

If the Neos Fusions are also Level 7 in this format, Circulation boosts their game plan as well. Aqua Dolphin can meet the requirement, Flare Scarab’s effect is continuous and so it doesn’t activate, and sending cards to the GY may boost their game plan if we also get Miracle Contact at some point, and/or Pulse and Burst Neos can also be Fusion Summoned normally.
Does it made Neos deck viable? Rather go with regular heroes deck, over Neos Deck. But, okay…

Neos deck never that good if you ask me, even in Duel Links, they suck. And they are expensive, (I mean, Jaden’s deck as a whole is expensive. Especially the elemental hero fusions, in DL and MD, they are all URs, and his mask heroes are also in URs, speaking Brave Neos got recently abused so much, he was limit 2 in Forbidden/Limited list there, and funny, considering Brave Neos is pretty bad card, but it shows even bad cards can be abused in Duel Links, and needlebug nest were banned in DL, not sure it is still banned now, but anyways I remember Neos’ old spell cards are also hit Forbidden/Limited list there too, the fusion ones). Even with this card, is doubtful they are going to improve Neos Deck, beyond low tier rogue.

Seriously, Ship of Seven Treasures has been one of the cards that has been reprinted the most in various packs (no Trade-In can compare)

with sevens road maximun being one of the best deck i don’t thinks so
If we talk about Rush’s Duel Links, I think that many cards that allow draw power have not arrived yet (when Early Rush Duels had many of those)
