Introducing Your Main Forces: A Fusion Monster & Synchro Monster!
By combining with “Buster Dragon”, whose effect turns all monsters on the opponent’s field into Dragon-Types, you’ll be able to make use of the effect of “Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman” whose pride is its unparalleled strength against the Dragon-Type! Its power rises to incredible heights to the point of putting your opponent in a pinch, and its effect that locks down your opponent’s Dragon-Type monsters on the field is also strong!
Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman
[Warrior-Type ATK 2800/DEF 2500]
1 “Buster Blader” + 1 Dragon-Type monster
Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot attack directly. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls or is in their Graveyard. Change all Dragon-Type monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position, also Dragon-Type monsters in your opponent’s possession cannot activate their effects. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
Buster Dragon
[Dragon-Type ATK 1200/DEF 2800]
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
All monsters your opponent controls become Dragon-Type. Once per turn, if you do not control a “Buster Blader” monster: You can target 1 “Buster Blader” in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Once per turn, during your opponent’s turn: You can target 1 “Buster Blader” monster you control; equip it with 1 “Destruction Sword” monster from your Graveyard (this is a Quick Effect).
Introducing “Destruction Sword” Monsters!
“Buster Blader, the Destructon Swordmaster” has an ability that treats it as “Buster Blader” on the field and in the Graveyard! By combining “Buster Blader” on the field and your “Destruction Sword” cards together, you can follow up with Synchro and Fusion Summons!
Buster Blader, the Destruction Swordmaster
[Warrior-Type ATK 2600/DEF 2300]
This card’s name becomes “Buster Blader” while it is on the field or in the Graveyard. If a monster(s) your opponent controls is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 of those destroyed monsters; equip it to this card. Once per turn: You can send 1 Monster Card you control that is equipped to this card to the Graveyard; destroy all monsters your opponent controls with the same Type as that monster sent to the Graveyard.
[⇒ By combining its 2nd effect into its 3rd effect, it becomes incredibly strong against Decks centered around the same Type!]
Buster Whelp of the Destruction Swordsman
[Tuner Dragon-Type ATK 400/DEF 300]
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 “Destruction Sword” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Buster Whelp of the Destruction Swordsman”. You can only use 1 of the following effects of “Buster Whelp of the Destruction Swordsman” per turn, and only once that turn.
● You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 “Buster Blader” from your hand or Graveyard.
● If this card is in your Graveyard and you control “Buster Blader”: You can discard 1 “Destruction Sword” card; Special Summon this card.
[⇒ A Tuner that supports deploying further cards! Besides Synchro Summoning, its first effect adds “Destruction Swordsman Fusion” to your hand for a Fusion Summon!]
Dragon Buster Destruction Sword
[Tuner Dragon-Type ATK 400/DEF 300]
You can target 1 “Buster Blader” you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. While this card is equipped to a monster, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck. While this card is equipped to a monster: You can Special Summon this equipped card. You can only use this effect of “Dragon Buster Destruction Sword” once per turn.
[⇒ Its first effect equips it to “Buster Blader”! Since it’s a Tuner, you can Special Summon it with its third effect in order to Synchro Summon!]
Wizard Buster Destruction Sword
[Spellcaster-Type ATK 1200/DEF 900]
You can target 1 “Buster Blader” you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. While this card is equipped to a monster, monsters in your opponent’s Graveyard cannot activate their effects. You can send this Equip Card to the Graveyard, then target 1 “Destruction Sword” monster in your Graveyard, except “Wizard Buster Destruction Sword”; add it to your hand.
[⇒ Its first effect equips it to “Buster Blader”! Its third effect allows you to swap the “Destruction Sword” you’re equipped with!]
Robot Buster Destruction Sword
[Machine-Type ATK 1600/DEF 1200]
You can target 1 “Buster Blader” you control; equip this monster from your hand or your side of the field to that target. While this card is equipped to a monster, Spell/Trap Cards that are already face-up on your opponent’s side of the field cannot activate their effects. You can send this Equip Card to the Graveyard; the monster that was equipped with this card gains 1000 ATK until the end of this turn.
[⇒ Its first effect equips it to “Buster Blader”! Its 2nd effect prevents your opponent from activating the effects of even Pendulum Zone cards!]

Destruction Swordsman Fusion
[Quick-Play Spell Card]
Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster that lists “Buster Blader” as Material from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or either side of the field as Fusion Materials. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard; add this card to your hand. You can only use each effect of “Destruction Swordsman Fusion” once per turn.
[⇒ It’s a powerful Quick-Play Spell Card that lets you Fusion Summon using even the monsters on your opponent’s field! It has a powerful combo with the effect of “Buster Dragon” which turns your opponent’s monsters into Dragon-Types!]
Karma of the Destruction Swordsman
[Quick-Play Spell Card]
Target up to 3 monsters of the same Type in your opponent’s Graveyard; banish them, and if you do, 1 “Buster Blader” monster or 1 “Destruction Sword” monster you control gains 500 ATK and DEF for each of those banished monsters, until the end of this turn. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can discard 1 “Destruction Sword” card; add this card to your hand. You can only use each effect of “Karma of the Destruction Swordsman” once per turn.
[⇒ Not only does it increase your monster’s ATK, but it’s a Quick-Play Spell that lets you make sure you can disrupt your opponent’s Graveyard moves!]

[Normal Trap Card]
If you control a Fusion Monster that lists “Buster Blader” as Material: Banish all monsters your opponent controls. When a card or effect is activated that targets a “Buster Blader” monster(s) you control (except during the Damage Step): You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate that effect, and if you do, destroy that card.
[⇒ Its effect that sweeps away the opponent’s monsters is strong! Of course it’s handy against destruction resistant monsters, since your opponent’s monster is banished without being destroyed, but it also has an effect that activates in the graveyard, that’s quite useful!]
