The cover character for Duelists of Pyroxene is Rua from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s and an evolved form of Powertool Dragon!

It’s noted in the official article that these cards are not Mai Valentine Support, but are meant to further support the Tyler Sisters’ style of the Amazoness theme from Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V.
