• 2, 3 or 12: Choose 1 monster on your field and change its battle position.
• Anything Else: This card gains 200 ATK x [The result] until the end of the opponent’s next turn.

Curiously, I feel that Dicemite Girl Laps is the best of the Boss Monsters that the Deck has so far: it has no Negative Effects with Dice, it has high DEF for Rush Duels (2700), it can serve as an OTK tool if necessary and it has good synergy with Deity of Seven Treasures – Ryozai.
New girl has Lucoelma DEF, and is also like a reference to Laplace’s demon, given her horns.

Konami is flat out just telling you to use the Ship package in this Deck, as Laps is the only other monster in the game with 2700 DEF and is also Level 7.
Laps is also somewhat generic meaning it can be used as a garnet in the engine if only at 1 to get Ryozai on board, in case you don’t draw into your Ship right away.

Two new Monsters for Dice Deck, but Dice Key Minna still has only one target for her Effect: Dice Key Caramail.
Nel not having 300 ATK and being a Minna target makes her meh, but I can understand why due to it being a bit too overpowered for the Deck.
Dicemite Girl Laps may be a reference to rapping (the girl raps) and the dice game, craps, not necessarily Laplace.
The level 7 monster is awesome. It is far better than chirori. You only have a 25 of probability of end up with the bad effect and at list the bad effect is not as bad, some times can even be use full (for exemple, if you want to use caramail neru or minna effect with out having to end your turn with them in defense position) Neru is good, but we need more good dice monsters.
Damn girl is dueling like…how many times? and the deck somehow get continuesly support cards that she maybe or maybe not using it in anime.

Naah I doubt it. I believe it just producer’s or some high-up’s bias favorite characters. I refuse to believe that Annoying Box girl is more popular than my queen nyandestar.
I think this support is cross promotion since that Dice Deck debuted in the previous package chronologically (Transamu of Transcendence)
From there, it depends on whether Konami wants to revisit that Deck or focus on other things. And well, the Dice girl has had two Duels so far.
And well, it is known that the Rush Team (or whoever decides who to support the Decks) has their favorite Decks (there are favorites)
Beast Gear and Shadow Flower are some of the Rush Team’s favorites. And, recently, it can be said that Voidvelgr and Celeb Rose are also (the latter is more blatant since that Deck received support at all times despite its Duelist not having continuous Duels in the Anime)
Waifu themes usually get more continuous support. Celeb Rose, Shadow Flower (but mostly Ranze’s monsters), Dian Keto and Shaman Bandit (with only their monsters being printed and not their backrow),
Secret Investigator, and Dice Key/Dicemite, with the latter two having formed a new identity over the original themes (Urban Legend and Arch Dice) and having only female representation now.
Even Praime, which is spearheaded by male aces, has printed primarily the female aces of several characters whereas their male cards are usually backrow.
