[EFFECT] Draw 1 card, then, you can excavate the top 5 cards of your Deck and reveal them. You can choose up to 3 Level 7 or higher Sea Serpent monsters among them and add them to the hand. Place the remainder on the bottom of the Deck in any order.

Note: Imma be real with you chief, “Colors of Flowers, Butterflies and Wind” is real freaking chonky, and it’s basically the same vibe as the concept behind the Bracelet Girls from ARC-V, the various wonders of nature that inspire Japanese poets to write haikus and the like.
