Another target for Sevens Roulette because SWF just needs you to use SRM as material.
I see it’s becoming common to see Yuga’s monsters fall into Darkness (Otes-style).
I say this because this Fusion Monster seems to work better in Yuga/Otes’s Deck than Celeb Rose (its other possible home)
Fusion Torna in many ways is comparable to Sevens Road Charm Witch – the Fusion of a Level 6 specifically named Spellcaster, and a generic Spellcaster of a certain Attribute (in this case DARK). Except Fusion Torna’s generic material doesn’t have to be at a specific Level, and DARK Spellcaster is by far is much more common, making Fusion Torna much more useful.
Fusion Torna destroys the monster swapped to Defense Position by base Torna – and neither Torna has a restriction on which monster it can affect – and can also optionally revive a Level 9 Spellcaster – of which there are a handful of targets. Celeb Rose Fabulous Magician, Gossip Magician, and Gossip Witch, but much more relevantly, Magician of Dark Sevens and Master of the Sevens Road. Both of which have Continuous Effects on the field centered on having DARK Spellcasters in your GY, so you can use them as Fusion material and immediately revive them.
In Celeb Rose specifically, you have an additional use for Paparazzi, though CR’s LIGHT emphasis and potential LIGHT lock in Manifestation make it a bit less ideal. But it still works as the 3 CR Fusions don’t have to be Fusion Summoned to activate their effects. If Torna is too clunky to use in either build, Prisma can also be used as a neat Fusion substitute.
I’m really lost about SRM supports and fusions, I need a deck recipe right away
