Deck Concept

A “Penguin” + “Shaddoll” Deck featuring “Penguin Heoroes” from “Phantom Rage”.

The effect of “The Great Emperor Penguin” Special Summons 2 “Penguin” monsters including “Glacial Beast Polar Penguin”, allowing you to use them to Synchro Summon “Penguin Heroes” using them as materials. Its second effect prevents face-down Defense Position monsters from being targeted by effects, giving it good synergy with Flip Monsters like the “Shaddolls”.

Also, “Shaddoll Fusion” can send “Nopenguin” from the Deck to the GY to Fusion Summon “El Shaddoll Anoyatyllis”, giving you monsters to Tribute Summon “The Great Emperor Penguin”, as well as chances to activate the second effect of “Nopenguin”, allowing you gather a ton of Pengujins in an instant.

POINT: Co-Starring Cute & Powerful “Penguins”

Its third effect allows you to switch “Nightmare Penguin” and “Penguin Soldier”, to restrain your opponent’s moves.

Also, with a Special Summoned from the GY “Nopenguin”, all the cards that would return to the hand are banished instead.
