The Qualifiers are for:
– Malaysia
– Singapore
– Philippines
– Hong Kong (Japanese version)
– Hong Kong (Traditional Chinese version)
– Taiwan (Japanese version)
– Taiwan (Traditional Chinese version)

Japan isn’t included in these qualifiers, not is South Korea.
