[REQUIREMENT] Can be used if you control 3 face-up Omega Psychic and/or Psychic monsters when your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster(s).
[EFFECT] All face-up monsters you control gain 200 ATK until the end of the turn, then, you can choose 1 face-up Effect Monster your opponent controls. If you chose a monster, during this turn, your opponent cannot activate the chosen monster’s effect.

Hey, they added Giftarist and Dream Drummer to the artwork of this Trap Card: the Anime version did not have them present (which would indicate that this Trap Card was created for the Anime first before being printed)
A unique Trap Card for Psychic as it allows you to negate Monster Effects. Additionally, its Requirement is easier and more general to use than its Anime version which was only limited to Normal Summon and Monsters of Level 7 or higher.
