Note: Charis is a Charity/Grace, a group of Greek Goddesses who were goddesses of beauty, fertility and creativity. It’s also meant to be read as “Charisma Scepter”, because Konami’s sense of humor is endless.

Also it’s “Death Wand” because “Desu Wa” is the sentence ender you typically hear from rich diva type characters.
