Supporting this theme is a Dark Magician engine, as the ULTIMATE WIZARD gets to shine in this vanilla-centric build. Heavily featured in this build is the recently released Fusion Deployment, giving you 6 more copies of your Dark Magician whenever you factor in Magicians’ Souls as well! The days are long gone of relying upon Dinosaurs to provide your vanilla component, especially since this variant has access to Eternal Soul to continuously trigger Pacifis! When you consider the additional spot removal given by Circle… you have plenty of tools at your disposal to keep the opponent disrupted and at bay. Drop your anchor and sink into the depths with the Phantasm Spiral!

Strategic Summary:
The Deep Sea series, originating with Deep Sea Diva way back in the day, has been fully fleshed out with the latest ‘wave’ of support. But did you know they have another support card coming in a new form of Umi? Magallanica, the Deep Sea City (YGOrg Translation) is coming in the next core set, allowing you to set any WATER monster on top of your Deck. Combine that with Archfiend’s Oath and Convulsion of Nature for an alternative way to support the Atlantean theme other than just relying on the Mermail archetype as a traditional WATER combination. Dip your toes into the deep end of the cardpool, and choose to Synchro summon your way to victory with these Sea Serpents!
