You’ve heard of Burning Man, but what about Burning Rock?

Strategic Summary:
Welcome to today’s fun Casual Deck Profile, this time taking the new Ancient Treasure theme out for a spin. This is quite a small theme, featuring just three Rock monsters with 0 ATK: Ashoka Pillar (YGOrg Translation), Crystal Skull, and Cabrera Stone (YGOrg Translation). Each also seems to be counterintuitive to winning, as they all have some form of dealing you effect damage rather than your opponent. Take Crystal Skull for example, which burns you 1000 LP just for summoning it. The key to this theme is the Spell Card that Cabrera Stone tutors on Summon, Triangle O (YGOrg Translation). First, it requires you to control all 3 of your Rock monsters, but if you do, it destroys all cards on the field, then it makes your opponent take any effect damage you would have taken for the turn. Destroy Ashoka Pillar and Cabrera Stone, and your opponent takes 3000 damage. Where this truly gets fun is when you throw in their supporting Continuous Trap, Totem Pole (YGOrg Translation), which can be banished from your GY to double all effect damage your opponent would receive this turn! The other key support card here, at least to me, is Curse Reflection Doll, which lets you redirect the effect damage from any monster effect to hit your opponent instead! Also, it sets itself from your GY when you take battle damage, letting you get even more value.
So with these three rocks, and each wanting to be summoned, it was only fair to include the Adamancipator archetype. Yes, I could say more about this, but I think it’s pretty self-explanatory, Adamancipator Researcher and Adamancipator Seeker summon Rocks… yay. Where I start to go a bit off the wagon is by also including Adamancipator Friends in this build, a Spell card that excavates at least 5 cards from the top of the deck to let you tutor an excavated Rock monster. This helps ensure that you get to your literal Adamancipator Friends, especially when you throw in a giant Bamboo Sword engine. Featuring Original Bamboo Sword, Golden Bamboo Sword, and Cursed Bamboo Sword, you will be drawing for days since Ashoka Pillar also comes with a nifty side benefit of tutoring any Equip Spell on summon. While of course Bamboo Sword is a way to go, you can also tutor out Stonehenge to give you another path to getting your three Rocks onto the field. Join the Burning Rock cult and form Triangle O!
