A Soldier, Tank, and Star Roamer unite.

Strategic Summary:
Today’s CDP features the debut of the new Toy support cards, built off of the original concept introduced by Toy Magician ages ago back in 2018. The unique mechanic of the Toy monsters is simple – they can be set to your backrow as a face-down Spell card. Leading the charge with the new support is a brand new Continuous Spell, Toy Box (YGOrg Translation), which gives you the option to either set 2 Toy monsters to your backrow from Deck or GY, or you can choose to destroy up to 2 cards in the S/T Zone. Plus, when an opponent declares an attack, Box can send a face-down card you control to the GY to destroy that monster. Both of the last two effects synergize extremely well with the Toy Monsters, as both Toy Soldier (YGOrg Translation) and Toy Tank (YGOrg Translation) can be set to the backrow, and when they’re sent to the GY, each can be Special Summoned. Toy Soldier gets to tutor a Toy Box when summoned, or if you already control one, it can tutor any Level 4 LIGHT. On the other hand, Toy Tank can be tributed to Special Summon a Level 6 or lower monster from the hand, or if you control Toy Box, you can Special Summon it from your GY instead! Three cards don’t make a full deck though, so let’s talk about the Visas strategy which is the main component of today’s build.
The Visas gameplan revolves around Visas Starfrost, a Level 6 LIGHT/Warrior Tuner that can Special Summon itself from the hand by destroying a monster you control with a different Type and Attribute. Typically, you’ll want to do so by destroying a Mannadium monster such as Mannadium Torrid or Mannadium Fearless, as each Special Summons a new monster from the deck when destroyed. If you don’t have access to the OG Visas, don’t worry – Visas Amritara can be Synchro Summoned using a Tuner and a LIGHT monster, and it is treated as Starfrost on the field. It also happens to tutor any S/T that mentions it on Synchro Summon, giving you access to toolbox options like Sharv Sarga, to shuffle a monster back into the deck, Realm Euolgy, to negate and/or destroy an opponent’s monster, or Mannadium Reframing, to negate a S/T or monster effect activation.
Now, let’s talk about the synergy between these two sides. For starters, Visas Samsara is one of the best extenders that the Visas strategy has to offer, as it is treated as Visas Starfrost and has a 1500/2100 statline, both of which are important to Special Summon Vicious Astraloud. It also happens to be a Level 4 LIGHT that is otherwise difficult to tutor out of the deck without the help of Toy Solider. In a pinch, you can also choose to tutor Mannadium Riumheart, as that card can kick off Mannadium combos if needed. The synergy goes the other way as well – You can actually use Toy Box to get some of your Visas support cards to the GY. For example, Trivikarma can be banished from the GY to tutor any S/T that mentions Visas Starfrost, and that can be a difficult thing to get to the GY in a standard Visas build. At the end of the day, this may be more of a fun build than a competitive one, but don’t let that stop you from playing with your new Toys~!
