Strategic Summary:
Today's Creative Deck Profile takes us back to the TCG WP pool of the Beyond the Brave set, as I wanted to dedicate an entire profile in honor of the new Chaos Synchro support card - Chaospawn Bishop. This Level 4 DARK Fiend Tuner, when summoned, Special Summons another copy of itself, while making that copy LIGHT Attribute instead. Since either can be treated as a non-Tuner, this immediately lends itself to a Synchro Summon of Chaos Archfiend, but it also unlocks many more combo possibilities than just that, such as The Crimson King to access Crimson Gaia for some Vision Resonator shenanigans! Now Chaospawn is not your only Chaos Synchro Material - Shell of Chaos and Core of Chaos both can make an impact, allowing you to access Chaos Beast and recover any of your banished LIGHT or DARK monsters at will. While all of that Chaos Synchro goodness is well and good, there has always been one major problem with the strategy - it struggles to build enough momentum while getting LIGHT and DARK monsters into the GY to banish. To solve this, I've turn to a condensed Sacred Beast engine, featuring new Hamon (a LIGHT), new Raviel (a DARK), and plenty of starters to give your deck more momentum from the jump! Whether it is Sacred Beasts Released or Sacred Beasts Thunderclap, you can quickly stack up a crazy volume of card advantage, before you even start dipping into Synchro Monsters. And once you do... well the Extra Deck becomes your oyster.
Out of all of the tools in your toolkit, one of the major options I want to highlight is Glitch Clutch Nullgainer, a Level 8 DARK Synchro that's primarily used to tutor Witness of the Ancient. Not only does Witness allow you access to a free Chaos Angel, but in here it also allows you to place Angelechy Castellan into the backrow, send Angelechy Brilliant Move to the GY, then leverage Brilliant Move's GY effect to return Castellan to the Extra and Special Summon Angelechy Seneschal instead. Seneschal then gets you a free Fairy Synchro from the Extra Deck, such as the LIGHT Synchro Tuner Cupid Pitch to unleash even more Chaos Synchro Summoning! To tie it all back together, Glitch Clutch also can revive a Tuner with 0 ATK from the GY, such as Core of Chaos or Witness of the Ancient, giving you 2 out of the 3 monster cards required for a free Sacred Beast Special Summon via their Field Spell, Fallen Paradise of the Sacred Beasts. May the Chaos Synchro force be with you!
