Strategic Summary:
Welcome back for another CDP based around one of my IRL builds, and today I'm presenting the evolution of my R.B. Railway strategy, this time with a few new tech options. Now that you're back, let's talk about what this deck does - it wins duels going 1st by locking out the opponent quite effectively, then it also wins duels going 2nd by extending through countless forms of interruption.For going first, there are a variety of cool ways to kick off combos, but none better than Exceptional Schedule, a Normal Spell that gives the opponent a Token, grabs Urgent Schedule, then enables Urgent to summon 2 EARTH Machines from your deck for free. With this build, I most frequently turn to Gizmek Uka, the Festive Fox of Fecundity and Gizmek Taniguku, the Immobile Intellect, as they both can be linked into the Machine LINK-2 of your choice, before Taniguku brings back Uka, and Uka triggers targeting the Token to get a free EARTH/Machine with equal ATK/DEF from your deck. One of my favorite options is Infinitrack Road Roller, since it will force all of your opponent's monsters into Defense Position, but you also have Night Train Blue Traveler if you didn't happen to open it. That's especially good, as if you link it into Qliphort Genius, you can also trigger that Genius with Night Train Blue to search a Level 5 or higher Machine, such as Spell Canceller... which is still alive in September 2026... somehow.
Alright, so what if the Railway side of your deck isn't enough? Well that's where the R.B. come in. You see, any two Machines turn into R.B. VALCan Booster, then that grabs R.B. Funk Dock, which grabs any R.B. card, such as R.B. VALCan Rocket. Next, Rocket + Booster can link into R.B. Brute Blues, grab you a copy of R.B. Operation Test, which summons back your Booster. Operation Test can bounce and return said Rocket, triggering Funk Dock to grab another copy of Rocket, and voila - you now have 2 Level 5 Machines to make Cyber Dragon Infinity, or Infinitrack River Stormer to grab any EARTH Machine of your choice. If you're going 2nd, this line of play also gets you to R.B. Ga10 Pile Bunker to break an opponent's board... but that's a tale for another day.
The last primary archetype at play is the K9, and this engine is great at one thing - abusing your Qliphort Genius. You see, Genius doesn't have a Once-Per-Turn clause, so if you keep summoning to both its zones, you will keep searching other Level 5+ Machines like Therion "King" Regulus or more Gizmek Uka. So, when you summon 2 monsters with K9-66b Lantern or K9-66a Jokul, well, you see the picture here. All this and more awaits, when you unlock all of the synergies of the Machines in this deck!
