Pendulums still got it, you just got to want it!

Strategic Summary:
Welcome back for another one of my IRL decklists, and this time I’m featuring a build that pulls half of my Ryu-Ge Dracoslayer hyper hybrid build to focus on one streamlined strategy and goal. If you missed my original profile on that, you can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHxClT1BBqM
Now that you’re back, let’s talk about what the Performage and Dracoslayer do together. First, they are both Pendulum themes that predominantly feature Level 4 monsters, and they each have insane innate consistency. With the Performage, you have Performage Plushfire and Performage Fire Dancer to access the rest of the engine, while the Dracoslayer can do so much when you combine Majesty Pegasus, the Dracoslayer with Ignis Phoenix, the Dracoslayer. Of course, two of these also happen to trigger when destroyed even if in the Pendulum Zone, allowing for innate synergy with both Sky Iris and one of the best Pendulum support options, Wavering Eyes. Or, you can look intheme to both Performage Ball Balancer or Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer – either works to destroy your own cards as well! Where this deck truly shines is that it never quite seems to run out of material once you start looping Ignister Prominence, the Blasting Dracoslayer. Since neither effect has a hard Once Per Turn, bringing it on and off your field allows you to amass near-endless material, giving you a full board of Link threats, including the one and only Firewall Dragon Singularity.
Ok, ok – I know I said this has near endless material, but you want the proof? Just watch the second replay, where the deck continues to combos through multiple hand traps to completely deck out an opponent who used two Multcharmy effects. Don’t worry, I’ll wait for you to watch that with glee, because it certainly was one of the funniest test duels I’ve ever had. At the end of the day, this build is a great entry to Pendulum strategies, since it carries some of the complexity and combo potential without completely overwhelming an inexperienced pilot (such as D/D/D or Z-ARC builds). So while I hope you try this out for yourself, there’s always plenty more coming your way from yours truly!
