Welcome back to another profile, this time showcasing what you can do with the Labrynth archetype when you combine them with other Fiends. The first build, Labrynth Live Twin, features the Cyberse Live Twin monsters as your primary Normal Summon, following them up with a backrow of Trap Cards ready to support Evil Twin’s Trouble Sunny.
The second build, Archfiend of the Labrynth, combines this shiny new Labrynth archetype with the classic Archfiend archetype, a classic blend of nostalgia and modernity. This build thrives on archetypes, with Labrynth Archfiend (YGOrg Translation) straddling both! While I didn’t highlight him in the pure profile, Labrynth Archfiend can summon itself from the hand whenever a Trap Card is activated, then whenever it is summoned, he sets a Normal Trap that activates on attack from the deck. Combined with his ability to gain ATK power and its effect to protect other Fiends from attack, your opponents will be Falling Down quite quickly to the Call of the Archfiend… hehe…
The third and final build, Labrynth of Infernity, showcases how the Labrynth support can be used to flesh out the Infernity theme and make them more control-focused with other Traps beyond those searched in endless combo loops. Traps such as Red Reign, Infernity Suppression, and Infernity Break are even more searchable, not to mention Labrynth Servant Arianne (YGOrg Translation) summoning Infernity Archfiend straight from the deck. If that wasn’t enough synergy, you can also use Labrynth Chandra (YGOrg Translation) and Labrynth Stovee (YGOrg Translation) to clear out your hand from bricks, providing another layer of synergy.
