Speed onwards to a banished zone near you!

Strategic Summary:
Welcome back to another CDP, this time taking the Kashtira archetype for a more Synchro-spam strategy than they’re normally utilized for. If you somehow have lasted this long without learning about the Kashtira archetype, it predominantly consists of Level 7 monsters that can Special Summon themselves from the hand. Additionally, they revolve around banishing cards face-down to trigger the effect of their primary Xyz monster; Kashtira Shangri-Ira, a Rank 7 boss that blocks an unused Monster or Spell/Trap Zone each time an opponent’s card is banished face-down. Leading the Kashtira charge is Kashtira Fenrir, the EARTH Kashtira, which carries an effect to tutor a Kashtira monster each turn. Additionally, when your opponent activates a monster effect, it gets to banish one of your opponent’s face-up cards, face-down. Fenrir’s partner in crime is Kashtira Unicorn, the WIND Kashtira, which carries an effect to tutor a Kashtira Spell. In this build, I’m using Unicorn to tutor Kashtira Birth, which can Special Summon a fallen Kashtira monster from your GY or that is banished each turn, giving you nigh endless Level 7 non-Tuner Synchro material!
Now that we’ve covered the Kashtira, let me talk about the second half of the deck, utilizing the Speedroid monsters. The Speedroid theme is a WIND/Machine archetype, that aims to Synchro Summon fast and often. You see, Speedroid has access to generic WIND boss monsters such as Baronne de Fleur, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon, and Clear Wing Fast Dragon, as well as more specialized threats such as Hi-Speedroid Clear Wing Rider and Hi-Speedroid Kitedrake. It also carries an array of Tuners that can be easily Special Summoned, either by their own effects such as Speedroid CarTurbo, or via other effects such as Speed Recovery, Speedroid Taketomborg, and Speedroid Den-Den Daiko Duke. If that wasn’t enough, the Speedroid theme also has a nice disruption Trap in Speedroid Dupligate that can bounce a card on the field back to the hand, as well as double as a Level 1 Speedroid Tuner. In short, this combination of themes may not seem to function well in tandem at face value, but give them a shot – they just might overtake your expectations!
