Consider this an invitation to fight Two as One with the Dual Avatar archetype.

Strategic Summary:
Today’s profile centers on the Dual Avatar theme, an archetype of LIGHT Warriors that revolve around Fusion Summoning using Tokens. Their signature Spell is Dual Avatar Invitation, a Normal Spell that discards a card before summoning as many Tokens as possible before Fusion Summoning twice. With Fusion monsters like Dual Avatar Fists – Armored Ah-Gyo to destroy an opponent’s monster or Dual Avatar Feet – Armored Un-Gyo to negate monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you have a ton of options to control the duel. Plus, with the help of Dual Avatar Fists – Yuhi and Dual Avatar Feet – Kokoku, you will always have the Dual Avatar Spells and Traps for the situation at hand. Don’t forget that Yuhi has a ton of innate synergy with Supply Squad, giving you extra draw power as well as you Fuse your way to victory.
Given this short overview of the theme, I figured it was also wise to take some time to talk about the supporting engines that elevate this archetype for 2022. The first revolves around Keeper of Dragon Magic, which tutors a Polymerization or Fusion card upon summon. This can grab either Fusion Deployment or Greater Polymerization, the first to tutor a free Dual Avatar monster from the deck and the second to unlock the more powerful Fusion monsters. Keeper also has an ability to recover a monster named as Fusion Material from your GY, which happens to cover both Yuhi and Kokoku, since they are listed on Dual Avatar – Empowered Kon-Gyo and Dual Avatar – Empowered Mitsu-Jaku, both of which take 3 Fusion materials and synergize well with Greater Polymerization. They also both work with the final engine at play here – the Branded Fusion engine, alongside a copy of Fallen of Albaz. With this engine, the deck can fuse additional Dual Avatar monsters with the help of Lubellion the Searing Dragon or Albion the Branded Dragon. But if you don’t like any of those options, the generic Fusion boss Guardian Chimera does just fine as a win condition in most scenarios. Engage both your Fists and Feet with the Dual Avatar theme!
