Creative Deck Profile: Dueltaining FIRE Darts, a Dice-It Story

Strategic Summary:

Welcome back to another profile, this time with a fun casual build designed to roll the dice… for fun! This gambit of a strategy employs a variety of FIRE monsters with 200 DEF to make the most of Rekindling, including two monsters that also roll dice – Hinezumi Hanabi and Dicelops. Continuing on the thematic journey, the entire purpose of the deck is to highroll and trigger the effect(s) of Dueltaining, a Field Spell that lets either player draw 2 whenever they Special Summon 5 monsters with different Levels at the same time or when they Roll a six-sided die 5 times! (The other two conditions are fairly unachievable here). With the good old-fashioned Fire Darts giving you three dicerolls, all it takes is two more such as from Diced Dice, Blind Obliteration, or Roulette Barrel and you’ve hit the magical 5!

While this deck may seem entirely luck based, there’s a bit of manipulation going on here as well. With That Six, you can force your dicerolls to either become a 6 or a 1, giving you a bit of influence over the fickle nature of fate. Along a similar vein, you can also use Dice It to get cards from the deck into the GY, perfect to bring back with a future Rekindling play. As for other consistency options, Lord of the Heavenly Prison ensures that your set cards on the field are protected from destruction, at least until he hits the board and searches any Spell/Trap that you want to see more of! Such as Rekindling… or the newer alternative option, Birth of the Prominence Flame, that lets you summon FIRE Synchros from the Extra Deck by banishing Synchro materials with 200 DEF. Why wait any longer, fan the flames of hate and roll the dice – it’s sure to be Dueltaining!
