Biancaviso acts the fool, but plays the field.

Strategic Summary:
Today’s CDP features a brand new archetype recently revealed for the upcoming BLZD set, and we have a brand new Tribute Summoning decks on our hands! The Clown Crew posse is led by Clown Crew Biancaviso, a Level 7 Illusion that when Tribute Summoned, can draw cards or negate face-up cards equal to the number of monsters Tributed for its summon. Additionally, it carries a Quick Effect to immediately Tribute Summon any monster during the opponent’s Main Phase. As its unique twist, this theme prefers to use various Monster Card Types as tributes, Special Summoning multiple Clown Crew Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, or Xyz monsters from the Deck or Extra Deck, through their various support cards. For example, both Clown Crew “Soiree” (YGOrg Translation) and Clown Crew “Malabarism” (YGOrg Translation) summon up to 2, while Clown Crew “Matinee” (YGOrg Translation) only summons one. Once summoned, these Clown Crew monsters also have effects when Tributed, such as Clown Crew Meteor (YGOrg Translation), the Synchro, that allows you to choose between returning all Synchro Monsters on the field and GYs back to the Extra Deck or to recover a Clown Crew card from the GY.
As you’re probably starting to piece together, this theme can be absolutely killer to decks that hyper-focus on one Monster Card Type, but that isn’t the only frustrating piece – it can also run any floodgates that need to be Tribute Summoned. For example, Vanity’s Fiend is a great choice, able to be brought out via the Clown Crew in response to an opponent’s card that would Special Summon! However, I don’t -just- do degenerate combos here, so I also had a little fun in today’s build by including Slifer the Sky Dragon, a softer floodgate that also gains absurd amounts of ATK power. You see, with all the draw power from both Biancaviso and “Matinee”, this deck quickly can get you to your copies of Slifer, then The Revived Sky God and Ultimate Divine-Beast keep them coming back to the field. Even if you don’t draw Slifer, there’s a nifty trick of destroying your own Mound of the Bound Creator with Clown Crew “New Face” (YGOrg Translation), getting you that Slifer to spring out during the opponent’s turn. This theme truly has the IT factor, so enjoy the fun with the Clown Crew!

Slifer being a floodgate completely escaped my mind
Slight correction, because I was trying to find it in the Monster section, but Flare wound up in the Spells section of the decklist (Easy mistake to make, honestly, given how the card feels to play, usually)
Fixed – my bad! Thanks for pointing it out
I kinda like it
