In an unexpected moment, Number 95: Galaxy-Eyes Dark Matter Dragon managed to escape from the OCG/TCG’s Banlist to move to Rush Duels with another name: Dark Matter Galaxy Dragon.
On a serious note, it’s curious that Dark Matter Galaxy Dragon isn’t the cover of “Dark Matter of Phantoms” when it’s the evolved form of Dark Matter Emperor Dragon.
PS: Can we have exclusive Backrow printed for Dark Matter, Konami?
It’s a bit too close to the set’s launch for it to have been. They’d have had to reveal it way in advance of this episode.
Little do they know, Yuamu isn’t the only one to have a look change in this duel.
I could see them giving something like Stellalizer’s effect if they ever port Prisma to Rush Duels. Something like revealing a Fusion and sending the top card of the deck to the GY.
As for the new Dark Matter Dragon fusion, I’m surprised they didn’t go the route I predicted before (Dark Matter Dragon + 2 Dark Matter Mist) but it’s not a bad option and references the Straynge Cat Witch strategy. Hopefully it gets printed in the current pack since the Dark Yuamu deck is still missing some sauce compared to regular Dark Matter
