It gains ATK equal to its Level x 100, also it is unaffected by Trap effects.
During your Main Phase, you can: Equip 1 Dragon-Type “Dragunity” Tuner monster from your Deck to the monster equipped with this card. You can only use this effect of “Dragunity Spear of Destiny” once per turn.
It looks a LOT like the Dragunity Tuners combining, doesn’t it?

「ドラグニティの神槍」の②の効果は１ターンに１度しか使用できない。
“Dragunity no Shinsou” no (2) no kouka wa 1 turn ni 1-do shika tekiyou dekinai.
①：装備モンスターは、攻撃力が装備モンスターのレベル×１００アップし、罠カードの効果を受けない。
(1): Soubi monster wa, kougeki-ryoka ga soubi monster no Level x 100 up-shi, Trap Card no kouka wo ukenai.
②：自分メインフェイズにこの効果を発動できる。デッキからドラゴン族の「ドラグニティ」チューナー１体を選び、このカードの装備モンスターに装備カード扱いとして装備する。
(2) Jibun Main Phase ni kono kouka wo hatsudou dekiru. Deck-kara Dragon-Zoku no “Dragunity” Tuner 1-mai wo erabi, kono card no soubi monster ni Soubi Card atsukai-toshite soubi-suru.
