Ghostrick Dullahan
(ATK 1000/DEF 0)
Xyz Summon ‘im with 2 Level 1 Monsters! By using an Xyz Material, you can halve the Attack of a monster on the field! Also, this effect can be activated during either player’s turn. And to add to this this, this card gains 200 Attack for each “Ghostrick” card you control, including Spell and Traps! Finally, if this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can add any “Ghostrick” card (including Spells and Traps) in your Graveyard to your hand, except for this card!
Introducing the “Ghostrick” Monsters!
“Ghostrick” monsters, all being masters at hiding, have these two effects!
・You can only Normal Summon these guys if another “Ghostrick” monster is already face-up on the field.
・Once per turn, you can change these cards to face-down Defense Position.
By combining them with cards that have face-down Defense Position related effects, you can dodge attacks while fighting with direct attacks!
Ghostrick Mary
(ATK 100/DEF 1600)
When you recieve damage by battle or a card effect, you can discard this card to Special Summon 1 “Ghostrick” monster from your Deck in face-down Defense Position! The other Level 1 Ghostricks, “Ghostrick Lantern”, “Ghostrick Specter”, and “Ghostrick Frost” (who is mentioned below) can Special Summon themselves in face-down Defense Position, but this card is incredibly powerful since it can Special Summon whatever “Ghostrick” you want, from your Deck, in face-down Defense Position!
Ghostrick Catgirl
(ATK 400/DEF 900)
If there are other “Ghostrick” monsters on the field, except this card, when a Level 4 or higher monster is Normal or Special Summoned, this card can change that monster to face-down Defense Position! And it’s incredibly paw-erful since you can use it as many times a turn as you like! Using”Ghostrick Mummy” (mentioned below), you can combine her and Ghostrick Alucard, allowing for intense combos that let Ghostrick Alucard destroy the monster that was just Set!
Ghostrick Mummy
(ATK 1500/DEF 0)
While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon a “Ghostrick” on top of your Normal Summon every turn! Since this is an incredibly powerful effect that lets you call out the others, use cards to protect this guy and Set him during your turn using Mary’s effect! While this card is face-up on the field, you can’t Special Summon non-DARK monsters, but this isn’t a big deal since you can flip him face-down into Defense Position when it becomes a problem!
Ghostrick Frost
(ATK 800/DEF 100)
When your opponent declares a direct attack, you can change that monster to face-down Defense Position and Special Summon this card from your hand, in face-down Defense Positon too! Unlike the other Level 1 “Ghostricks”, it’s got a powerful effect that turns opponent monsters face-down!
Ghostrick Skeleton
(ATK 1200/DEF 1100)
When this card is flipped face-up, you can banish a number of cards from the top of your opponent’s Deck, face-down, equal to the number of “Ghostrick” monsters you control! Since they’re banished face-down, they’ll be harder for your opponent to recover!
A New Field Spell Card and Continuous Trap Card Appear!
Ghostrick Museum
(Field Spell Card)
While this card is on the field, non “Ghostrick” monsters you control can’t attack, neither player’s monsters can attack face-down Defense Position monsters, and if a player’s opponent only has face-down Defense Position monsters in their Monster Card Zone, that player can attack directly! Also, it’s got a powerful effect: After the Damage Step, when a monster inflicts Battle Damage, that monster is changed to face-down Defense Position. Not only is this useful for Ghostricks, but it also messes up your opponent’s plans for their Main Phase 2!
Ghostrick Roleshift
(Continuous Trap Card)
Once per turn, during either player’s Battle Phase you can either:
Target 1 face-up “Ghostrick” monster you control, change it to face-down Defense Position and change 1 face-down monster your opponent controls to face-up Attack Position.
OR
Target 1 face-down Defense Position monster you control, and change it to face-up Attack Position, and if you changed the battle position of a “Ghostrick” monster, you change an opponent’s face-up monster to face-down Defense Position.
What kind of cards will you use in your “Ghostrick” Deck?
