(2) During the Main Phase, if this card is a Continuous Trap: You can Special Summon it

Note: Cimelio means “Relic” or “Heirloom” in Italian. The Kanji here mean “Shadow Knight”.

(3) If a face-up “Centur-Ion” card(s) you control leaves the field by an opponent’s card effect: You can Special Summon this card from your GY.

Note: The Kanji here means Knight Emperor. The name is probably based on Primus Pilus, the most senior Centurion.
