    【EFFECT】 The equipped monster gains 200 ATK. While the equipped monster is face-up on your field, your opponent cannot activate Equip Spell Cards. If the equipped monster battles a Defense Position monster on your opponent’s field and that opponent monster is not destroyed, change that opponent monster to face-up Attack Position.

        I don’t know if call Floodgate is the name given to an Equip Spell that prevents the use of Equip Spells (a Mechanic that is not used in Rush Duels)

        For relevant Floodgates, there’s Skysavior and its Fusion Monsters.

      The floodgate isn’t exactly that powerful, but the effect to change a monster to face up Attack Position can be. If equipped onto a weaker monster and you beat over a set monster, you can then destroy it with a stronger monster like Dragias or The Dragiastar.
