No Pendulum Effect.

Obviously, the effect and the rest of the stats are not able to be read. The date of the Sneak Peek is also apparently not yet determined.

We can confirm the image is legitimate, but we can’t confirm where it came from.

EDIT: MystikX from NeoArkCradle confirms the image came from a Tournament Organizer e-mail and that the Sneak Peek dates are 10/31 and 11/1.

EDIT #2: A clearer pic suggests the following stats and effects:

1800/1200
At the start of the Damage Step, if this card attacks an opponent’s face-up monster that is not a Pendulum Monster: You can destroy that monster.
