You can only use this card name’s (1) and (2) effects once per turn each.
(1) If this card is in your hand and there is a face-up Machine monster on the field: You can Special Summon this card in Defense Position, then you can change this card’s Level to be the same as a the Level/Rank of 1 Machine monster on the field.
(2) During your Main Phase: You can send 1 EARTH Machine monster from your Deck to the GY, then this card gains 100 ATK x that monster’s Level until the end of this turn.

You can only use either this card name’s (1) or (2) effect per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) If the total Levels of monsters you control are 10 or higher: Take 1 Level 10 monster from your hand or Deck and either add it to your hand or Special Summon it.
(2) If the total Levels of monsters your opponent controls are 10 or higher: You can banish this card and 1 Level 10 monster from your GY, then target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it.

Note: The card uses “10” references probably because the “cross” is how you write “10” in Japanese: “十”
