UPDATED October 25, 2024: And since it’s our 25th Anniversary, of course we’re including a little Quarter Century sparkle. In addition to the full 50-card Deck, each Deck will also include a bonus extra card, a 2nd copy of Maiden of White, Wishes for Eyes of Blue, or Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon. All 3 cards are already included in the Deck as Ultra Rares, but you’ll also get a Secret Rare second copy of 1 of those 3 cards. What’s more, there’s a chance of that Secret Rare card upgrading to a Quarter Century Secret Rare, instead!

The additional secret rare
Perhaps, that you get one of the 3 cards as Secret Foil guaranteed (but still it’s random, which one you will get), however you can get a QCR instead of a Secret, if you are lucky
Originally, it was worded that the three cards that are mentioned could be a Secret Rare or QCR “instead” (implying there was no extra card). However it now seems to be confirmed that it’s in addition to the Ultra Rare inside, so whichever 1 of 3 you get is in fact an extra card. So it’s either just a clarification after their (incorrect?) initial phrasing, or if it the initial statement was correct then they recently decided to handle it as an additional card anyway.

Not bad for including a chance to get a second copy of the Blue Eyes structure deck cards in secret or quarter century rarity. What about the changes on which card will replace the Blue Eyes OCG structure deck Maxx “C” card for the TCG version?

well they know this will sell well mainly because it’s Blue-Eyes so having chase cards should make people buy more

I’m not a rarity whore, I am just go with ultra rare since it’s cheapest and guaranteed in every structure deck.

Wow Komoney is really showing their greed with this one. Not satisfied with selling 3 copies of a Structure Deck per serious duelist that wants to run the deck, they’ve found a way to get them to keep buying more.
Let blue eyes and dark magician die already. I’m sick of them reprinting the same 2 cards. They need to give more archetypes a chance instead of milking out nostalgia
