You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) If this card is Special Summoned: You can declare 1 Attribute; this card gains this effect.
● All face-up monsters on the field become the declared Attribute.
(2) You can target 1 monster in your opponent’s Main Monster Zone; they must send 1 card in its adjacent Monster Zones or Spell & Trap Zones to the GY.

Note: It’s name means something like “Leaves changing color” potentially, but there’s probably a scissor reference in here somewhere but damned if I could find it.
