This is like a piece that some Deviant art custom card mill photoshopped together and it’s called Blue-Eyes Flegrand Dragon. When it’s Summoned, it makes your opponent’s LP 35.
Looks like a Felgrand.
Looks amazing but if the magician version is anything to go off the effect will be useless.
Magicians of Bonds and Unity is not useless, they’re just meant for late game pushes or end game finishers, much like Blasting the Ruins.
Also Dragon of Pride and Soul looks like somebody merged Felgrand with Blue-Eyes
