Oh hey they finally give cielo fusion
Huh. Black Volcano Dragon seems like its supporting the newly revealed Level 9 Dragon monster, “Eternity Aether Dragon”.
Okay, let’s see.
– We have another “Deity of Seven Treasures,” but I think it’s the weakest of the three released so far, especially its Effect.
– Cielo receives his Contact Fusion Monster focused on supporting the Deck’s Maximum strategy.
– I don’t know if Cyber Basilisk is what Rush’s Cyber Dragon needed, but at least it’s generic enough to use in Machine Decks.
– Luke’s Deck receives support that’s also compatible with High Tech Dragon.

Deity of the Seven Treasures got a new card to reference Ryozai, who has been used in competitive play over the past year. Its effect while weak can add up if you control other Level 7s and designed around a Level 7 Deck.
Cyber Basilisk is meant for CyDra, but you can also play it in Ancient Gear, which will likely receive new Fusions in the future thanks to Hunting Hound, and Jointech, which should get new support in Accel Road.
Cielo Light Skirt is another Harpie Contact that sets up the Maximum more easily or alternatively because the Sisters are played outside of Maximum, you can use them for their effects.
Black Volcano Dragon is a reference to Volcano Dragon, a card released almost 5 years ago and once used by Luke in the anime. Its bonus effect is for Eternity Aether Dragon, but there will likely be other Level 9 Main Deck Dragons in the future.
